• On Boarding Service

  On Boarding Services relate to old and operational Groups that want to come on board along with already existing transactions. On Boarding charges are therefore only applicable to Pre-existing and functional Groups. For example, an existing Group may want to come on board in, say, June and want to move all Group and Member Transactions for the period January to May.

  Introductory Pricing: $1.50/$2.50(SACCO) per Member. These On Boarding charges are for Transaction upload for up to three months. Any upload of data for a period of more than three months may attract an additional charge. Send an email to admin@groupmanageronline.com for a quote if you need to upload data for a duration beyond three months.

• Data Management

  This Application Maintains and Manages Group and Member data. Data in this case refers to Group Details, Member Details, Beneficiary Details, Group Transactions, Member Transactions, Banking information and Banking Activities.

  For multifaceted Groups (Groups that may be both SACCOs plus any other classification), please contact GroupManagerOnline via email admin@groupmanageronline.com for a quote.

• Online Access

  All members Managed under this Application can access all features of this application by way of a Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop Computer. Where upload of Documents or Pictures is required and provided for, make sure the Documents/Pictures are saved on the gadget you are using.

  Look out for GroupManagerOnline App set to roll out in the Summer of 2020 or soon thereafter.

• Automated Services

  This application utilizes Automated procedures especially under the Loaning procedure (SACCOs). This means that this application can decide on whether to award a loan or not based on the criteria set by the Group Admin.

• Transactions Upload

  Members and Group Admins can send (by email attachments) data in a csv/Excel format for quick and efficient upload into this Application. All users who Transact in Cash App, Zelle, Wave, Venmo and MPesa are supported. All csv files will be in a specific format and all upload communication should be emailed to update@groupmanageronline.com with 'Upload' on the Subject line.

• View / Print Reports

  Members can view individual account activity online at any time. Members can also query this application for specific information. The Group Admin can access more Information than regular Members can. Printed Reports are generated by the Application and printed at the user's local printer. All reports are in pdf format.

  Introductory Pricing: Data Management rate includes View / Print Reports. This Application generates an annual statement that is emailed to all Members at the end of every year. Members can generate Statements at any time.

• Table of Charges

  The Monthly Member Charges vary based on Group Currency and Group Type. SACCO rates are higher due to their complexity and involvement. All payments are made by individual Members. There are no other fees or charges. There are no Group Charges.
